Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The Annual General meeting of the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Rancho, 35110 Delair Road, Abbotsford B.C. The meeting will be called to order at 12:01 p.m.
Notice to the membership: that the terms for five Directors (2 year terms) and one Director (1 year term) are to expire on March 31, 2012 leaving those positions available to be filled. Amendments to the bylaws of the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce, including the appointment of a treasurer rather than election to the position; and two areas where our bylaws were silent in reference to members of the Board who seek alternate positions on the Board and the requirements and criteria will be voted on at this time.
