Exhibitor Information:
* Move-in is from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm and move-out is from 7:45 pm to 9:00 pm;
* Tradex does not have any dolly’s or carts available to move your display materials, please bring your own equipment to move and set-up your display;
* Every booth will have 8' high drape on the back wall and 3' high drape on the sides (color to be confirmed);
* At your booth you will receive two chairs. If you require an 8' table or power, please order it on your registration form;
* There will be no carpet provided in the aisles, or booths;
* All exhibitors are encouraged to do a prize draw at their booth. A select number of the larger prizes will be drawn on stage at the event, if you would like your prize to be considered please email details to
